Meet the Team

OFFICE MANAGER / FINANCIAL COORDINATOR

Beth began working at Harbour Pointe Oral Surgery in 2001 as a sterilization tech. She later moved on to being a surgical assistant and now you will find her smiling at the front desk as a patient care/financial coordinator. She takes pride in treating each patient with the utmost respect and care to give them the best possible experience at our office. She feels grateful to be part part of such a compassionate and patient care driven team with an amazing surgeon like Dr. Isdith.

When not at work, she enjoys life with her husband John, their two wonderful sons, and yellow lab- Bjorn. They can be found spending time with family and friends cheering on Seattle sports (Go Dawgs and Kraken)! She also loves getting outside to enjoy the great Pacific Northwest! Beth loves live music and exploring new places. She looks forward to welcoming you as a new patient to our practice.

LEAD SURGICAL ASSISTANT

Ashley began working at Harbour Pointe Oral Surgery in 2016, directly out of Dental School at the top of her class. She is a natural born leader, which can be seen through her drive and ability to ensure the best work out of our staff. She brings light and fun to our office, all while ensuring structure and cohesive teamwork. You’ll always know she is in a room because of her contagious laugh and infectious daily effort. Ashley is passionate about helping others and strives to make our patients feel like family.

When not at work, she enjoys her life with her husband Micale, who she married in the Summer of 2023. She can also be found spending time with her friends and family, snowboarding and playing with her dog Tyson. The ever active person that she is, Ashley has many hobbies which include pickle ball, water sports and traveling.

FINANCIAL COORDINATOR

Emily began working with us in June of 2021. She has over 10 years of customer service experience as well as 5 years of dental experience between Oral Surgery and Orthodontic offices. She grew with us, starting as a sterile technician in the back office and working up to her financial coordinator role. You’ll find her in her corner office next to her candle warmer with the latest scent, handling insurance issues and fighting for you.

When not at work, you can find Emily playing video games on her PC with her friends. The self-proclaimed Grandma of the office, she also enjoys reading, playing with her dachshund Brody and cat Pippin, and attending whatever metal concert she can go to.

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Kingsley began working with us in June of 2024. She has over 15 years of customer service experience and has translated that into taking care of our patients. She is warm, bubbly and always has a bright smile ready to meet you at the door. Kingsley loves to ensure that your expeience is a comfortable one from the beginning to the end of your visit.

Outside of work, Kingsley has a very active life. She is an avid antique lover and gamer. You can find her spending time gardening, going on runs or gaming with her friends. She also is an amazing mom to 4 fur babies: Koda the pitbull, Reggie the pug and cats Little Miss and Mr. Business.

SURGICAL ASSISTANT

Bree began working at Harbour Pointe Oral Surgery in 2021. She has over 20 years of experience in both oral and periodontal surgery, the likes of which can be seen in the extraordinary work she does. Bree takes pride in patient care and her comforting demeanor encourages everyone around her to feel at ease.

Her passion to help others has inspired her to volunteer several times in the King County free clinics and has even taken her as far as Haiti on a dental mission. When she is not working or volunteering, Bree enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband Jawan and her cat Violet.

SURGICAL ASSISTANT

Kyra began working with us in March of 2022, but has over 5 years of dentistry experience under her belt. You can find her singing around the office and making everyone, patients and staff alike, laugh. She appreciates the continuing education and challenge of being in the dental field.

While loving her position here, her favorite job is being a mom and, above all, she enjoys spending time with her son. Having grown up on Whidbey Island, she often travels there to see family and play on the beach. Her hobbies include crochet, playing video games and participating in weekend Dungeon and Dragons campaigns with her friends and family.
